Born in London in the 1930s, Terence Round trained at Camberwell and Central School of Art before becoming the youngest art director at Terence Conran Design Group, working across fashion photography, graphic and furniture design.
He later turned to painting, working in abstract, realist and impressionist styles across oil, acrylic, fabric and crushed paper — including a major series devoted to Shackleton’s Antarctic expedition.
